Before entering real estate, Nadia spent more than 18 years in the Canadian Armed Forces. Her work in Reception and Dispatch-overseeing military postings and relocations-combined with her own 15 personal real estate transactions across multiple moves, gave her a unique understanding of the challenges families face during major transitions. After a service related injury led her to civilian life, real estate became a natural second calling. Motivated by a desire to provide the guidance she once wished she had, Nadia completed her licensing requirements efficiently, finished all articling before trading, and simultaneously undertook Algonquin College’s demanding two year Business program while working full time.
